Secure Packaging
Carefully place the item back in its original Mouse's House packaging, ensuring any vintage tags or certificates of authenticity are included.
Ship the Parcel
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 5 business days of your request.
Inspection and Refund
Once our curators verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
